We are extremely proud to count one of Sunshine Coast's most renowned chefs, Chef Mark to be our kitchen team leader. From a Filipino background, Mark has received extensive training in modern Asian fusion and authentic European cuisine, and has blended that knowledge to suit Australian palettes.
Chef Mark was a finalist for "Queensland's Chef of the Year" in 2018, and was greatly praised for his remarkable attention for detail.
